Conceptualisation of the Framework Plan for Child and Family Support
The Ministry of National Education, Childhood and Youth has commissioned the University of Luxembourg to develop a scientifically based concept proposal for a framework plan for the field of child and youth welfare. This is to be introduced into the sector as a conceptual guideline for practice and as a political planning and steering instrument. In doing so, the findings of socio-pedagogical debates are to be implemented as unifying guiding concepts of Luxembourg’s child and youth welfare services in a practice oriented towards process quality.
